Exchanges or returns can only be made within 7 working days
What needs to be done for this:
* send us an email with a detailed description of your problem, possibly accompanied by the necessary photos
* do not remove original price and brand labels
* return costs are always borne by the buyer
* the costs for sending a different size will be borne by the buyer for the return and by the seller for the new shipment
