* We do NOT reserve clothing. If you want that one piece super nice and you can't stop by then order online. Picking up online orders in the shop is possible. Attention! You must state this with your online order.
* We send your package via Bpost with an 5 € supplement (from 100 € these costs will be canceled and Styliz will take this on)
* online orders are only accepted if the payment has been made (also when collecting!). The payment can be made via mister cash (you will be automatically connected) or via paypal.
* Returns are only possible within the 7 days (with original labels and in unworn new condition) These costs are always borne by the customer. Provide your package with the enclosed letter (duly completed).
* Every week there is a new collection, additional orders from previous collections are not possible. UP = UP.
* No returns (not via site and not in the shop) or exchanges are accepted during the sales.
